Captain Ruffio

Captain Ruffio was once the boatswain aboard the HMS Beagle. On his voyage to the
Galapagos he discovered a wide variety of finches, and realized that their differences
was no accident. Working furiously by candlelight, Captain Ruffio worked out the
comprehensive "Theory of How stuff changed into different stuff over time".
Unfortunately for Captain Ruffio, a pirate by the name of Captain Darwin, stole his ideas
and changed them into the less interesting sounding "Theory of Evolution". After losing
his work, Captain Ruffio mutinied stole the Beagle (renamed the Bagel) and sailed the
world, attempting to prove his theory that pirates were a more evolved state of man, and
attempted to change the species name of pirates from Homo Sapiens to Homo Piraticals.

Captain Smee

Captain Smee, after enduring many years of arduous work as a cabin boy has been given
his own commission. As he grew older, Smee's body odor was so repugnant that his fellow
townsfolk threw him into the woods. In the woods, Smee befriended a pack of wild boar,
who quickly drove him away because of his smell. Finally, alone and sad, young Smee
stumbled upon some pirates searching for buried treasure on his island. They invited him
to join them and complimented him on his impressive stench. They remarked that it was
well aged had an diverse boquet and remarked he smelled better than any pirate he had
ever met. Finally, Smee had found a home.

Captain Cruz

Captain Cruz was born aboard the HMS Intrepid. Her mother was disguised as a man so
she could be a pirate and not be sent away. Not wanting to have the other pirates
question why she had newborn baby, Captain Cruz's mom made a seaworthy raft, filled
it full of rations and set Baby Cruz adrift. Captain Cruz was taken in by a large octopus
named Magdelaine, who took her in as her own child. Cruz was raised along with all the
other baby octopuses and is fluent in octopiese.
